Known for his people-first approach, Ed combines frontline expertise with a passion for coaching and education, specializing in leadership development, crisis response, and adult learning. His inclusive, culturally responsive style ensures our programs meet the diverse needs of today’s learners and leaders. Sandra, Co-Founder and CEO, is a visionary educator and leader with a PhD in Human Learning, Development, and Instruction. Internationally recognized for her pioneering work in health professions education and curriculum innovation, she brings deep expertise in designing large-scale educational programs, faculty development, and leadership initiatives. Her commitment to learner-centered design and systems-level change shapes everything we do. Sandra’s extensive research background and strategic leadership experience enable us to offer evidence-based, forward-thinking approaches that support leaders at all stages of their development.

Madison, Executive Assistant, provides essential support that keeps our organization running smoothly. Currently pursuing studies in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Madison brings fresh perspectives and a passion for youth mentorship. As an experienced coach and communicator, she exemplifies the next generation of leaders we strive to nurture and empower through our work.
